Introduction

The eClientLink Editor is a financial statement, reports and chart editor that allows the creation of customized professional financial statements, reports and charts from the data in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks DeskTop accounting program. Extensive statement customization is available. Overcome the limitation of the QuickBooks reporting.

Eliminate the need to export your QuickBooks reports to Excel and then modify it to suit your needs.

Once the statements or charts are originally set up, the periods can be changed by a simple click. The accounting data is loaded into the editor automatically by using a one-touch “live link” feature.

This program is similar to the QuickBooks Statement Writer (QSW), except it works with QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop, doesn't require Excel, includes charting, and is hosted in the Cloud.

The editor gives you complete freedom of wording of statement lines and the selections and placement of the numbers from the Trial Balance of the accounting system. You can do calculations and totals on any statement line or number. Charts can be custom formated to present your QuickBooks data in a visual format.

A Statement Wizard is available to create the initial statements.

There is no need to export or manipulate anything in Excel or Word. The statements and charts can be printed directly from the editor, or they can be exported to Excel.

The editor can support an unlimited number of QuickBooks organizations (companies), and an unlimited number of statements and charts per organization.

This program is hosted in the cloud. Other than a Browser, no other programs are needed on the local computer. With proper password authentication, the program can be accessed from anywhere in the world.
